Frequently Asked Questions

Admission begins with an onboarding meeting with the therapy department. Following this, the prospective client will be referred to the Family and Clinical Services Department for an initial assessment and discussion of the client’s needs.
Expression of Interest → Physical behavioural assessment → Review by the multidisciplinary team → Submission of signed parent/guardian indemnity form → Decision on approval and placement into the residence.
Medical report on any sickness/diseases, and previous intervention or therapy reports.
Individuals on the Autism Spectrum, or diagnosed with ADHD or Dyslexia, whose diagnosis is severe and between the age of 5 and 25 years.
Yes. Every prospective client must undergo a physical assessment to help determine the level of care, support, and intervention required.
The duration may vary depending on the completion of assessments, availability of space, and submission of required documents. Families are updated throughout.
Yes. Parents or guardians will be scheduled for a virtual tour of the residence to familiarise themselves with the environment and care structure before making a decision.
Yes. CLSN Support Residence provides access to clinical support, behavioural therapeutic services, and daily living assistance based on the client’s individual needs.
Admission inquiries can be directed to the Family and Clinical Services Department through the official CLSN communication channels – email & WhatsApp.
Once admission is approved, the family will be informed of the next steps, including orientation, care planning, payment procedures, and the proposed resumption date.
The CLSN Support Residence programme is a one-year intensive therapy programme. However, progress reviews may be conducted periodically based on the client’s needs and development.
