Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve existing React Native mobile app
• Build and maintain modern web applications using React/Next.js
• Develop and improve backend APIs and services
• Fix bugs and optimize app and website performance
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Work with Firebase, authentication, push notifications, and cloud services
• Collaborate with product/design teams to deliver high-quality features
• Improve scalability, code structure, and overall product quality

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React Native, React.js, and Next.js (preferred)
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with backend development (Node.js, Laravel, or Python)
• Experience building responsive modern websites
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
• Good understanding of Firebase and app/web architecture
• Familiar with Git/GitHub workflows
• Familiar with Play Store and App Store deployment processes
• Experience managing deployments on VPS servers
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly remotely

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Experience handling production mobile releases
• Experience managing Linux/VPS infrastructure
• Experience working in startups or agile teams
• Active GitHub or portfolio projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to various locations
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records
• Ensure punctual and reliable transportation support
• Report any incidents or maintenance needs promptly

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Professional and courteous demeanor
